Letter of agreement

Wife signed a legger of agreement relinquishing all claims to a property that me and her brother are flipping. Her name is not on the deed. Does she have any rights to the property if we are separated

If the property was acquired during the marriage with marital funds, then she would have a financial interest in 50% of the marital value.

She can also waive that interest in a separation agreement, or perhaps the agreement you mentioned.
