no you must live in seperate residences. Once you sell the house and move apart then your year will begin. Of course you can lie but thats a felony and will make your divorce invalid(which will make any future marriages invalid and be another felony of bigamy).

is it possible to live in the same house and file legal seperation papers? Due to loan payments we can not afford of live in 2 house and make loan payment…We are planning to sell the home… We sleep in seperate room and share no marital relations since March.
