Long-distance visitation

I know visitation agreements vary, but what would a realistic visitation schedule be for a long-distance parent of a toddler? Would a judge agree to extended overnight visits (1-2 weeks, summers, etc) or would the long-distance parent be expected to travel to the child’s state for visitation?

The results of this situation vary widely depending on distance, work schedules, ect. It is not unreasonable to expect that the parent who lives in another state would be expected to travel to the child for visitation.
