My sister-in-law walked off and left my brother and 2 boys a little over 3 weeks ago. She has not returned and she has gotten a 1 bedroom apartment, which seems she never intended to take the children. Now she is saying that she is going to make him sell their home, however, her name is on the deed and not the loan. Can she make him sell the home since she abandoned him and the two children?
