Medical Insurance

Thats a good one in my sep I put I would pay her med ins for life my bust but all that got changed in your case you do not have it in the sep thats is good. Also what does the ins policy say about being sep in this state once the big “D” happens she must be off
Seems you may want to look at that policy this should tell you, again if its not in your sep agg I would take her off.
Good luck and hope the best for you

To be on the safe side you have an attorney review your Agreement to advise you based on what your Agreement says. Generally, if your agreement does not require you to continue insurance and you have resolved your support issues, then you can cancel her insurance.

I have a separation agreement and it does not state that I must maintain medical coverage on my spouse. Am I still liable for any medical issues that come up while we are separated or can I cancel her insurance?
