Inder duress, I entered into and signed a memorandum agreement regarding visitation. The other party wants me to sign a consent order…do I have to do this? Is the memorandum agreement upheld in court?
The memorandum of Agreement will be upheld in court. If there are terms in the Consent Order that differ from what you agreed to you do not have to sign it.
