Military Retirement and Civil service Pension

I am already divorced. I had already retired from the military before the divorce (8 yrs of marriage). The Court Order states I am to pay 19% of my disposable retirement pay offset by a percentage of my ex’s civil service pension. She was in civil service during the entire marriage. There is no percentage or anything in the order about her share. She is not yet retired (She’s 47). Isn’t there a formula for the offset amount even though she is not retirement eligible yet or will that only come after she retires? Thank You

I am not sure how the order could say that your payment will be offset by a percentage of her pension without a number being listed. I would have to be able to read the order it self to determine the meaning.
