In NC, neither party can file for divorce until the parties have been separated for one year. On the day following the one year separation, either party may file for divorce.

What is the minimum amount of time to achieve a divorce in NC??? If both parties agree fully to all issues, can it be done quicker than one year. Or, are you stuck to the one year timeframe.
