Modifying child support

#1

You can file a motion to modify child support on your own. You will need to come back for a hearing on the issue, but you can do it without an attorney if you cannot afford one. You will need to turn over all your income information in advance of the hearing.

I had a seperation agreement with my ex-wife for a couple of years before we got the actual divorce in Nov. of 2005.i have recently moved to Ohio.I am paying her $360 for my child plus paying for a health plan every month to put my daughter on health insurance.I have a finiance and a 20 month old boy.My monthly income is only 1200 a month right now and my ex is 2700 to 2800 a month(gross).I feel i am paying way too much and would like them lowered. How do i go about modifying the child support. I looked up Rosen law firl child suuprt calculator and with the health insurance and my income and her income i should only be paying 115.00 a month.PLEASE HELP.Can i download a form to get the modifations done or do i need to go to North Carolina to get it done, Or please tell me what i need to do.I dont have the money to pay for a lawyer.Thank you.
