Motion for Contempt

Two pro-se litigants. NCP files for motion for contempt agains CP, stating Visitation Order has not been followed. Hearing is set in bascially 30 days. Can CP file Discovery to obtain all evidence the NCP intends to present and a list of all witnesses and what they intend to say in order to build a case to defend themselves?

No, a motion for contempt does not allow time for discovery.

Then how does one defend themselves when they don’t know exactly what the allegations are?

The allegations are contained in the motion itself.
