I have filed motion to modify CS which is scheduled to be heard on October 14. My ex’s attorney sent me an email today requesting my last year’s income tax as I am self-employed and is also requesting last 3 months income and the worksheet I used to determine the CS calculation. Do I have to send her this information since I am now pro se or can I just present everything to the judge on October 14? I have had a really bad experience with my ex’s attorney thus far and I really have no desire to further communicate with her at this point.
You should respond to the request, there is no reason to withhold the information.
