I filed motion to modify CS since the custody changed when my son started school. However, if they don’t include all ex’s income because he is hiding some of it, it will only be about 10% change in amount of CS. Will they still adjust CS since there was a change in circumstances when my son started Kindergarten or will it have to be %15 increase in order to be changed?
It should be a 15% change, but the judge, in his or her discretion, may modify support based on your motion.
