Moving

This question is too in depth and complicated for me to answer on the forum. It depends on many facts beyond just implications of them switching schools.

My stbx has seen an attorney, and I am to be out of “his” house next week. (We are not married.) He is filing claim for temporary custody of our three children, one of which is not his biological child (a female teenager.)

I will have to move to another town in order to have a place to stay. The children will have to change schools when we move. If he is given custody (two weeks later), which I am fighting of course, they would then have to move back to the school they are now in.

I really hate to make them change schools twice (if he should get custody.) The drive to and from the school they are in now would be a major hardship though.

What is the thing to do in the best interest of my case?
