had to left the house with my son of a previous relationship, because my husband told me to go and he was just damaging me psicologically. He bought a mattress and a sofa and paid the rent of the first month of the apartment. I didn’t take anything from the house just my clothes and some old things I had before the marriage. My marriage lasted 3 months. Do I have rights that protect me ? He told me that he would buy the other things later, but till now I don’t see anything instead he just threaten me to call the police because according to his own words I am harassing him everytime I told him to buy the stuff I need to live with my son and he made me rid off before we got married… I need help please.
