I filed a motion to modify visitation as my ex has never exercised the visitation he was given in our custody consent order. He gets about 10 days a month and only gets our child for 4 days a month. Anyway with that being said…my ex and I went to the court ordered mediation but because of a domestic violence protection order the mediator said our case would have to go to trial. That was about 3 weeks ago. What happens next? Does the court send us a court date or do I have to file something else?
