I noticed when I went to enter my gross and my ex’s gross pay into child support cal that my net is about $400.00 less then my gross but since he is on disability his gross and net is the same.
Since we need to enter his net and my gross that puts me way above him but if I entered both of our gross pay we are about even.
Will the judge be able to enter my net pay since we are entering my ex- net? That way we are comparing take home on both since he gets to take home his gross pay?
The judge will compute support using both of your “gross incomes” as stated on your paystubs or tax returns.
