Notice of subpoena

I ( pro se) have the clerk issue a subpoena to ex’s employer for payroll records, DSS/CSE represents me in a support modificationand .Ex is also pro se.
Do I have to give DSS/CSE a copy of the subpoena I had issued ?
Do I have to give ex a copy, neither, or both ?
How many days before court must I give it to ex, if I have to provide it?

Yes, you need to send copies of all subpoena’s to all parties and should do so at the time the subpoena is sent to the intended recipient.

Regarding the copies to DSS & Ex, is faxing or scanning and e mailing the photocopy sufficient ?
The Employer’s was us mail, certified ,return receipt and receipt has been returned already.

Fax is fine.
