One year separation

Sorry, but that is not true. NC is a no fault divorce state. The adultry will only come into play when it comes to spousal support and ED. You must be separated for 1 year and 1 day.

A one year separation is required. Sorry.

My husband and I are two weeks into our separation. He is in another state. A friend just told me that in the case of adultery (he has had many mistresses) that the one year separation is not mandatory. Is this true?
