Online Divorce Coach...QDRO

I need to get a QDRO signed by a judge to split a retirement account. I have the sample form from my plan and was wondering if the online divorce coach service that you offer would provide me with the steps I need to take to get it signed by a judge. Also if this has to go to a hearing would both parties need to be present?

Thanks

The QDRO will have to be filled in with the amounts, or percentages the parties agreed to for the division. Both parties need to sign the QDRO. A Complaint for Equitable Distribution of Retirement Benefits must be filed, and then the Order may be submitted to the judge for entry. In some counties you may not have to attend a hearing at all, and may simply submit the Order to the judge.
Once entered a certified copy of the QDRO must be sent to the Plan for Formal Qualification.
