heres my situation i brought a house in new york long island just before the real estate boom and im about to sell it for a great profit about 350,000 dollars , i just got married last july and me and my wife decided to move to cary north Carolina after the sale goes though , would a n,c law firm be able to draw up a post nup contract so i will be able to protect my 300,00 dollar that we plan on putting down on a home in north carlina considering that i brought the home in new york way before we met , all i will need to protect is the down payment , i would be willing to split the home appreciation if the marriage does not work , could you please tell me my choices and what the law allows to protect me as a husband with one child ,
