Are sensitive teeth a pregnancy symptom? I recently started having sensitive teeth, only my front teeth.Is this a pregnancy symptom? I don’t really have any other pregnancy symptoms except for being tired a lot. That’s probably because I only get about 5 hours of sleep a night. What are other reasons for sensitive teeth?

I don’t think it is a pregnancy symptom. Most probably you are gritting your teeth at night or clenching your jaw due to stress and causing tenderness. My top teeth also get tender when I’m having sinus pressure. The sinuses put pressure on my top jaw and it feels like my teeth are hurting.
