What things do I need to do to prepare for my scheduled mediation? We have a signed and notarized separation agreement which includes allimony and husband has complied to all terms for 5 months then stopped complying with any of it 3 1/2 months ago. The mediation is termed by my attorney as “pre-litigation mediation”.
