If you wish to resume your maiden name, you will need to file a counterclaim and ask the court to permit you to resume the use of your maiden name.

I recieved a civil summons from my husband , in the papers it says Divorce Complaint and the information isnt correct, the date we were married on isnt correct nor is the date we separated on and his address isnt correct on itand it also states That I do not wish to resume using my maiden name. I am confused and I need to know what to do.It doesnt have a court date on it how I do contest it ?? Please help me.
