In the absence of a separation agreement, how much of the cost to maintain the marital home (mortgage, insurance, taxes, maintenance, repair) are each of the estranged spouses legally responsible for post DOS?

What factors would a judge consider in making his determination should one of the spouses stop contributing to the cost of maintaining the marital home?
