Question on agreement

Judge heard our case more than three months ago, they wanted to review it and think about it before ruling. Is this normal procedure, MONTHS later? Still waiting to get on a calendar to hear how this will all end. As you can imagine its hard to have things dragged out this long but why would a court do this and how can they remember a case that long ago? thank you.

It is typical for a judge to take a case under advisement. Depending upon your jurisdiction, it may be a few months until a judge renders a decision. This is not uncommon.
