Recalculation of Child Support

One of my children is about to graduate from High School. In the same month my ex decided to retire from work although my ex did not have to retire. When recalculating child support can I expect my ex’s previous income with be “input” being that this was an intentional act that reduced income or will my ex be able to use the new income and retirement from the old position which I’m sure will be quite a bit lower.

If the judge finds that she is intentionally unemployed so as to receive more child support, he will impute income and most likely use her previous salary when calculating the new child support obligation.
