Sa/divorce

What are the pros and cons of having the SA incorporated in the Divorce. could the judge see what the $ amount of alimony is in the SA and possible increase it and increase the time as well?

Incorporation of the agreement allows for any alimony provisions to become modifiable upon motion of either party and based on a substantial change in circumstances. The court will not modify the alimony upon its own motion. The pros and cons of incorporation depend on the unique circumstances of your case. My advice is that you consult with an attorney personally to see whether incorporation is in your best interests.
