Selling House

I am not sure I understand the question. If the house was given to Husband under the terms of the Agreement and he is not required to pay Wife any portion of the equity, then that would not change because he was selling the house.

In our seperation agreement, it says. Husband hereby agrees to assune full responsibility for the liens on said property, including the mortagages. Wife is selling house to move to out of state with boy friend. The question is? does husband have to pay house off before it is sold and if it sells, does husband have to pay the wife the money that was owed on the house after it sells?[?][?]
