In response to your question why we are selling the house. We are dividing up our material possessions. Neither of us has or wants an attorney. Thank you

Dear mikeb:

Greetings. I am not sure why you told me that you don’t need an attorney, since it seems that you have legal questions that you need answers for. Yes, your spouse will need your signature to sell the house. I am not sure which options you are asking me about. Thank you.

My wife and I have been seperated for 4 months. The mortgage is in her name only but the title is in both of our names. She doesn’t want to sell the house and I do. We have no signed seperation agreement. She says we need both signitures to sell our house. What are my options?
Thank You
