Is your stbx refusing to let you have these items? Technically, you would have to file for ED if the stbx is refusing to let you have the items that you left behind when you moved. I suggest that if the stbx is not refusing then you should work it out now to remove any remaining items that you want from the home
If your stbx is refusing to let you have the itmes, ask yourself these questions.
Can I live without them? Can I replace them? Are they worth fighting over?
If you wish to get these items back and she refuses you will need to file a lawsuit for equitable distribution. This lawsuit must be filed before the divorce is filed or you will no longer be permitted to file.

i have a question. when i left the house i left some items in the house that are not clothes but like a end table and some pictures and such will this cauze a problem when my 1 year is up and I am ready to file for divorce.
