Old stuff

Have you spoken with your attorney about these items? Have you discussed that the large items were removed from the agreement along with personal items?
I would contact your attorney and find out if there’s any way that you can get back those kind of personal items. It may be that you have to take him to court…

Dear almostdone:

Greetings. Sorry, but if the information and lists were not included in your separation agreement they go to the person who has them in their possession.

Maybe you can sue him in small claims court and put some pressure on him for the items, although you are likely not to win there - may be worth the try though. Good luck.

My ex and I finally came to an agreement:) but I was so stressed out and ready for it to be over after literaly 2.5 years of yuck. I didnt really check to make sure his attorney put my belongings in there(he has had EVERYTHING for 2.5 years) I trusted my attorney to do that, I had her for the entire time. I had 3 packed suitcases between myself and both my children. I really dont mind about the living room set, both of the kids bedroom sets, and more(all in the previous order). I didnt notice the major error…myloss.

However, my daughter is not biologically his, so I cant understand why he would want her little girl bedroom set (most stuff is personalized).

My problem is that he has my childrens baby books, and ALL of my pictures…since I was a child. My daughters first lock of hair, hospital bracelet, newborn pics. He knows these are priceless to me. He is saying that he will sell them back to me for thousands and thousands of dollars. I even said he could have our son’s and I would have my daughters…he said, “That depends on how much you are willing to pay, nothing is priceless” Can I get anything back? I just want the stuff of no value to him
