With in the last month I got sep., but I have not filed papers yet. As you know, it takes time to get into see an attorney and to find the right one. I am not working, 1 small child, he works and based on what I have I should end up with post support, custody, extord. expensces, child support… My question is does this go back to the date of sep. and all of what I have already paid (it is near 1000. on credit), and can I stop visits that are damaging my child till I can get supvised visits or none which I know will be impossible. To date visits have be allowed in house, but what he is saying and doing to child is impropper by anyones standard. Thank You
