We signed seperation papers 1year ago,but never stopped living together as husband and wife. He did refinance the house in his name and we seperated our bank accounts. I know we can not file for divorce at this time because we are still at the same house and acting as married, so the question is- is the content in the agreement still legal or are we still considered fully married. And how long can the papers stay filed at the court house.
