The judge denied my motion to compel for severance pay information. However, he denied the ex’s motion to quash the subpoena to the employer to get this severance pay. I think he was confused as to what exactly I was trying to compel.

The judge also continued my motion to modify child support. If I get the severance pay information which was actually paid to ex in 2008, will that be included in the new child support order now since he failed to include that in the previous child support order.

I can’t say what a judge will do in any one case. If however you can prove your ex was hiding income, you have a good argument that you should be paid the difference in the amount that was paid and the amount that should have been paid for those months.
