Sex after signing seperation agreement

I gave my wife 2 months to move out, she sighed a separation agreement in 2 days she is supposed to leave we had sex the other night now she is saying the agreement is void. I need facts ,I never said anything about reconcile, is the agreement void?

The separation agreement is not void for the reason that you and your wife had sex after the agreement was signed (assuming nothing to the contrary in the agreement). Even after separation, isolated incidents of sex between spouses does not cause the one-year separation period to start over.
