I have a friend that is getting a divorce in NC (wife is in KY). She refuses to sign the divorce papers. She does not contest anything in them, buit she will lose her medical insurance if she signs, so she refuses. What can be done? Note: They have been separated for 3 years and filed for divorce 1.5 years ago.
