Dear helpme7:

Greetings. Are you serious? This is a divorce related website and we do not offer advice on criminal matters. Please speak with a criminal attorney. Good luck, and you may want to consider getting a driver’s license before driving, but what do I know?

The response posted above is based upon the limited factual information made available and is not intended as a full and complete response to the question. The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. The basic information provided above is intended as a public service but a full discussion with an attorney should be undertaken before taking any action.

if you get two tickets for driving without a license in a 4 month period and you go to court for the second one and they give you a first offense punishment can they take you to court for the first one and try it as a second offense or can you get it thrown out. Dui’s and this charge carry the same sentance. I know that they cant try you for a second dui before the first and if this happens you can get it thrown out. I’m wondering if this hold for all court procedures???HELP
