Time frame to send/receive a subpoena before Court date

I currently have a Court date to modify child support (unemployed & cannot afford attorney) my question is if one party sends a subpoena requesting information, how many days do they have to send it BEFORE the Court date in order for the other party to provide addlitional information requested? (Lincoln Co) Also, if I am not represented by an attorney, may I send a subpoena requesting income verifcation/bank statements, taxes? Thanks for your help.

A subpoena must be served within a reasonable time to allow compliance, which the statue defines as 10 days. You may subpoena records as a pro se litigant, the clerk must issue the subpoena for you.
