I need to issue subpoenas for tax records and house property tax records for my ED hearing. Do I need to submit the subpoena to the clerk 30 days before the hearing? In a ED hearing, what is usually subpoenaed if there is only a dispute of dividing credit card debt?
The subpoena must be served not later than 10 days prior to the date listed for compliance.
