If a DIY uncontested AD was filed, and the court date has now been set (7/23), the Motion for Hearing states testimony is not required. Is the process that the judge merely signs the final Summary Judgment for the divorce basically without question becuse no one is requested to be there for him/her to question…then how long does it take to receive the final documents (Summary Judgment and Certificate of AD)??

I am in the process of buying a house in my name only, and the closing is after the court date - but of course all involved want a copy of the final documentation before the actual closing takes place.

Thank you
