My husband and I were married 11 year, no children. We have been separated over 3 years and are still not in agreement on our property settlement. I know I can file for ED and alimony as long as the divorce has not been granted, but can I get back alimony and/or support to the day we separated or only starting from the day I file in court?
Retroactive spousal support only runs from the date of filing, not from the date of separation.
