My Ex transfer the house deed under his father name without my consent. I did not sing or consent to it. I just came across the house deed stating, owner is his father and him. What legal action can i take?
If the house was acquired during the marriage with marital funds, then you may still have a marital interest in the house that can be equitable divided.
This depends on how the house was previously deeded, if there was a free trader agreement in place, whether the divorce has been granted, whether equitable distribution is pending, resolved, or no claim filed, among other factors.

House is listed under equitable distribution and part of separation agreement. It just that, i came across other day showing my name is completely removed from the property. I am going to county office to get hold of the Deed. I did not sign nor gave permission for him to remove my name from the marital property.
