Uncontested Divorce one spouse can not appear

So I am filing for divorce it will be uncontested, we have lived apart for 7 years and agreed it is time. He lives four hours away from me and would be unable to appear in court. Will this cause problems for me?

No. As long as you have properly served your husband with the absolute divorce complaint then it will not matter whether he attends the court date or not.
