My spouse watches porn without me and then masturbate. Do I have ground for a separation and then a divorce? Is this considered marital misconduct?
You do not need any grounds to separate. You and your spouse can separate for any reason.
Watching porn would not be marital misconduct by itself. For there to be marital misconduct, your spouse must have committed an act of illicit sexual behavior (with another person) or committed indignities which make your condition intolerable and life burdensome, among other things.
