im 35 female born in philippines…im american citizen… anyway i got married there in philippines when i was 17 …when we got married i turned my marriege licence on us embassy .i stay married for a month or 2 make my story short im here in North carolina been here for 15 years… been seperated by my husband for GOD knows 18 years … now i want get married got 3 healthy kids by my man we want to get married and do the right way. how do i process my divorce when do i start. please help me
