1 year and 1 day separation

If, after more than a year of living separately, 2 spouses decide to reside at the same address but not establish marital relations by any definition does it null and void the year apart for divorce filing purposes?

You are supposed to live separate and apart for at least a year and not resume the marital relationship. By moving back in together, both of these are at issue. It would be up to a judge to decide, but if you want to be divorced without having to live separate for another year, you shouldn’t take the risk.
