NOPE…you have to live in separate dwellings for one full year. On the 366th day you may file for divorce. Silly though, the sexual relations part makes no difference in the matter. Just the living situations.
Hello, Does the period have to be consecutive, or can a period of 1 month in the same household in separate rooms with relations be included in the 1 year.
