50/50 child custody

My ex want to fight 50/50 in my 5 year old accommodation, he wants one week with him and one week with me. He don’t have a place of his own and live in a two bedroom apartment with a friend. He have two jobs from 6:30am to 3;00 and 5:00 to 9:30. He want to leave my 5 year old with my 18 year old who is a senior in high school and want him to take my little one to school too. My schedule is completely around my baby, he even is starting kindergarten in the school I work in. How can I fight this custody so my little one be with me on the weekdays and with him every other weekend?

It would not be appropriate for a parent to have overnights with a child when the parent lives in a residence with a roommate and the child would not have a bedroom of his own.

Also, relying on other “children” to provide regular, ongoing childcare would not be appropriate either.

You can use these facts to argue against a 50/50 schedule.
