Dear mrsbass:

Greetings. You should immediately set up a meeting with an attorney. Do you both work outside of the home?

The response posted above is based upon the limited factual information made available and is not intended as a full and complete response to the question. The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. The basic information provided above is intended as a public service but a full discussion with an attorney should be undertaken before taking any action.

3 years ago my husband died of cancer while I was pregnant. When my son was six months old I started dateing someone, I was at a very vunerable state. Last year I married this man on May 15th 2004! He works on the road he is only home on the weekends. This doesnt leave him much time to do the things he likes, like ride 4 wheeler and surf. Well to my surprise he decided on April 8th 2005 he did not want to be married anymore, no reason he just dont want to be married anymore! After not talking to him for 2 days, I came home from work early on 4-8-05 and he was packing up his stuff, he was going to sneak away while I was at work. We had $2,100 in our checking acct, he took 1,100 of our money! I still have all our bills to pay from last month, and he wont answer my calls or talk to me! I just dont know what to do or what my options are!
