If in a marriage and the marital home is in only one of the married couple’s names, my question is this:
The one whos name the home is in… has filed for absolute divorce and received the judjment, (other spouse skipped town and was served by publication)
- Does the home owner retain the home in his\her name if is not contested within 6 months of the judgement?
